Some people believe that Russia’s latest top secret agent is a beluga whale. The whale in question was spotted by a group of fishermen in Norway. When the friendly creature swam up to their boats, the fishermen noticed the whale had a special band tied around its neck.

The band was designed to hold a camera, and the words “Equipment St. Petersburg” were written on it. This led many people to believe that the whale had received special training from the Russian military.
