Burnout is a form of extreme exhaustion. Many people who experience it might not even realize what is happening. They are so busy with their daily lives that they have no energy left to take a step back, relax, and take care of themselves.
People who experience burnout have trouble sleeping, eating well, maintaining health, and managing energy. They feel unhappy and upset, and struggle to complete tasks that would normally be easy. When burnout happens, it is time for a lifestyle change.
職業倦怠是一種太操的狀態。許多經歷過職業倦怠的人或許甚至還沒意識到發生了什麼事。他們日常生活忙到沒多餘的力氣退一步去思考問題、放鬆並好好照顧自己。
