What is both a popular house pet and one of the longest-running musicals in the history of Broadway? We are talking, of course, about Cats. The musical was created by Andrew Lloyd Webber and is based on T.S. Eliot’s collection of poetry, Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats.

The story is centered on a tribe of cats called the Jellicles. Each year, they come together to choose which cat will go up to the cats’ heaven and return to a new life. The movie Cats has an allstar cast, including Judi Dench, Idris Elba, and Taylor Swift, as you’ve never seen them before.
