Bulletproof Coffee風靡全球的防彈咖啡

【摘要2020.1.21.蘋果】Most people enjoy their morning coffee either black or with a little milk and sugar. A few years ago, bulletproof coffee became popular. It’s a new way to enjoy coffee by adding some fat.

Bulletproof coffee was invented by Dave Asprey, an American businessman. He came up with the idea after visiting Tibet in 2004. Asprey noticed that people were drinking their teas with yak butter. When Asprey tried a cup, he felt really good. So when he got back home, Asprey tried making his own recipe.
