Opening up a Can of Laughter想笑時就開一「罐」笑聲吧！

A recent study might change people’s minds about canned laughter, though. Researchers asked the comedian to record two versions of each joke. The first type featured real laughter from people who heard the jokes live and were amused.

The second type had canned laughter placed after the punchlines. At the end, volunteers were asked to rate the quality of each joke. Researchers discovered that the jokes that had real laughter were more likely to get higher scores.
