People really love their mobile phones. A smartphone is basically the whole internet in a pocketsized device. It is a tool for communication and a source of entertainment. Most people are able to put their phones away when they are finished. But some people feel the constant need to be on their phone, scrolling through social media, surfi ng the web, or playing mobile games. This is internet addiction. Like addiction to other unhealthy behavior, internet addiction has real physical and psychological dangers.

人們真的很愛他們的手機。一臺智慧型手機基本上就是一個能將整個網路世界納入其中、口袋般大小的裝置。它是通訊工具也是娛樂來源。多數人用完手機後都能把它擱在一旁。但有些人卻時時刻刻都覺得有必要用手機、滑社群媒體、瀏覽網頁或是玩手遊。這就是網路成癮症。如同其他有害健康行為的成癮症一般，網路成癮症對身體還有精神上都有實質危險。

A 100-year-old Indonesian woman has recovered from coronavirus, making her the country’s oldest survivor of the deadly respiratory illness.

印尼一名百歲婦女已從冠狀病毒疾病中康復，使她成為這種致命呼吸道疾病在該國最高齡的復元病患。

Kamtim, who like many Indonesians goes by one name, was discharged from hospital this week after a month of treatment in her hometown Surabaya, Indonesia’s second-biggest city, officials said.

官員表示，與許多印尼人一樣只取單名的凱姆婷，在家鄉印尼第2大城泗水經過1個月治療，本週已經出院。

East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa said she hoped Kamtim’s story would give a boost to at-risk residents － the illness is especially dangerous for older people and those with chronic conditions.

東爪哇省省長柯菲法表示，她希望凱姆婷的故事能激勵高危人群─這種疾病對於罹患慢性病的老年人特別危險。

Born in 1920, Kamtim was taken to hospital last month after showing symptoms and she was later confirmed to have contracted the virus.

1920年出生的凱姆婷，上個月出現症狀被送往醫院，後來確診感染病毒。

Indonesia has confirmed more than 26,000 cases of coronavirus and 1,613 deaths. Researchers estimate the true number of virus infections and fatalities is several times the official toll.

印尼迄今已有逾2萬6000人確診，1613人不治。研究人員估計，實際的病毒感染與死亡人數是官方統計的好幾倍。
