South African animal welfare officials on
Monday successfully sedated and captured a tiger that was spotted roaming a
residential area to the east of the capital Johannesburg.

Guards monitoring security cameras on an
office building in the Johannesburg suburb of Edenvale say they spotted the big
cat early Monday and took part in its capture during which officials used darts
containing sedative.

In The Day I Was Erased, it seems that
young Maxwell is always getting into trouble of some kind. Though he may be
annoying to some, he’s not all bad. He rescues his dog from being run over by a
car, and he checks on his elderly neighbor, Reg, after school. Maxwell even
wins a contest that benefits his school. However, those good deeds are quickly
forgotten as soon as Maxwell messes up again. Before long, he comes to believe
that everyone hates him, and he even goes so far as to wish he had never been
born.
