A Maine jogger encountered an angry cow,
and it was no joke.
緬因州一名慢跑者遇上了一頭憤怒的乳牛,這不是開玩笑。
The Farmington Police Department shared
details of the encounter on April Fools’ Day, a day after the actual encounter,
and assured that this was no prank.
法明頓警察局在愚人節分享了這次經歷的細節,也就是實際遭遇隔天,並保證這不是惡作劇。
The 43-year-old woman was preparing for a
jog on the Whistle Stop Trail when she was charged by the cow, which had
escaped from a farm. The cow lifted her off the ground with its horns, causing
a cut that required stitches, before the jogger escaped, police said.
這名 43 歲婦女被一頭農場逃跑的乳牛衝撞時,正準備到「鳴笛火車步道」慢跑。警方說,在這名慢跑者逃脫之前,這隻牛用牛角舉起她,造成需要縫合的傷口。
The bovine’s owner was contacted and
secured the animal, along with a pig that had escaped. (AP)
