Philandering men have unfaithfulness
written all over their faces, according to research that suggests men and women
are able to spot cheating chaps just by looking at them.

faces were more likely to be thought to be unfaithful, and such men also

Times Square Ball Drop萬人齊聚時代廣場降球迎新年

On December 31
in New York City, one million people will gather in Times Square to celebrate
the New Year and watch the “ball drop.” This tradition began in 1907, and it
was first thought of by the owner of The New York Times. The Times Square ball
has been changed seven times.
Each revision
makes use of new materials and lighting technology. The current ball is covered
with more than 2,000 handmade crystals and over 32,000 LED lights which can be
set to display many colors and patterns.

Rather than mining diamonds from the
ground and contributing to negative environmental impacts like erosion and
deforestation, lab-grown diamonds are created by combining carbon seeds with
high pressure and high temperatures.
不因為從地面開採鑽石而對環境造成土壤侵蝕、森林消失等負面衝擊，實驗室培養的鑽石是由碳粒子經高溫高壓結合而成。
The lab-grown process also helps consumers
avoid unethical diamonds which are mined in conflict zones that can fuel
violence and unethical labor practices.

This isn’t to say they’re entirely
environmentally responsible, however. The FTC has warned lab-grown diamond
